DEEPSEA Engineering and Management Ltd is a rapidly expanding engineering consultancy specialising in complex deep-water projects. Our Head Quarters are in the UK and we also have offices in the USA and the Far East.
We are looking for the right person to lead the operations and growth of our UK office. You will be responsible for financial controls, operational management and development of new business opportunities as well as growing current client business.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas:
- Planning, developing and implementing business and financial strategies at the highest levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organisational skills - meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Recruitment, retention, motivation and development of employees.
- Compliance with organisational requirements including management, health and safety, legal environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Reporting, measuring and monitoring business as part of an executive team.
