DEEPSEA has an immediate requirement for Subsea Engineering Project Managers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager role is focused on delivering successful deepwater subsea engineering projects for our various clients.
- He/she will do this by leveraging DeepSea’s engineering and management resources to design state of the art subsea solutions on projects world wide.
He will be located either in a DEEPSEA engineering resource center or in a client office and will work closely with the client Engineering and Project Teams to determine upcoming workload, and key commercial and technical drivers for a variety of projects. He will use this knowledge to develop Cost-Time-Resource plans with the DeepSea engineering teams that satisfy the technical and commercial parameters of each project.
The Project Manager will plan and coordinate DEEPSEA resources, schedule and chair kick-off meetings and project plans with the DEEPSEA Client team, ensure proper technical and commercial reporting is in place and followed for each project, monitor and enforce project milestones, and schedule and chair wrap up and quality improvement meeting.
Profile:
- 10 years experience in subsea engineering and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design processes for the subsea environment.
- Knowledge of offshore installation procedures for subsea architecture and installation experience.
- Experience managing project groups and working across company interfaces.
- Results orientated.
- International experience is a plus.
