- Vendor management including provision of client representative at vendor facilities for inspection, test witnessing etc.
- Tender engineering, specification development, vendor bid package preparation and evaluation
- Document control and interface management between contract splits and/or vendors

- High level project consulting services - for project execution particularly in those regions of the world where local content is important, infrastructure is limited and DEEPSEA’s personnel have specific experience such as West Africa, SE Asia and Brazil:
- Preparation/review of execution plans
- Contracting strategy
- Scheduling options
- Organisation plans
- Installation contractor availability studies
- Criticality & Reliability Studies this covers system/component reliability studies including identification of potential first point of failure and leads to definition of an appropriate sparing philosophy (see below) as well as
- Sparing & Maintenance Policy Development A thorough spares philosophy will minimize deferred production in the event of serious incidents resulting in riser (or ancillary equipment) replacement. This includes development of the spare part staging philosophy and offshore construction works based around locally available vessels and equipment in low-infrastructure regions
- Provision of key engineering and/or installation personnel to a project team
